My name is S.L. Baron, and I write urban fantasy and a little paranormal romance. I’ve been scribbling down stories since I was a small child…and I’m glad the evidence of those works no longer exist!

I’ve been in love with vampires ever since I read Anne Rice’s Interview with the Vampire back when I was a teenager. Something about the idea of immortality–living for centuries or millennia and experiencing so much in that time–grabbed me. Rice’s books started me on a journey to discover more vampire legends and books.

That journey lead me to a wonderful place: writing my own Children of the Night. I enjoy creating my own vampire mythology and spending time with and sharing adventures with my characters. I hope you’ll enjoy spending time with them as well.
